This data can be presented by:

• Date
• Day of Week
• Hour of Day

No Shows By Room

The data in this report shows the meeting room 'No Show' events within defined time periods per Room.

This data may be exported to CSV format using the Export button.

When viewed as a Table:

No Shows By Time

The data in this report shows the meeting room 'No Show' events within defined time periods per hour of the day.

This data may be exported to CSV format using the Export button.

When viewed as a Table:

No Shows By Organiser

The data in this report shows the meeting room 'No Show' events within defined time periods per Meeting Organiser. This allows for improving User behaviour with regards to poor meeting room utilisation.
