Note: This feature requires your Cisco Microsoft Teams Room on Android devices to be registered to Cisco WebEx Control Hub. If they are not, you will not see their data shown within the system.
When this process is completed, the following metrics will be captured and stored for 12 months:
- Temperature (°C)
- Humidity (%)
- TVOC (µg/m3)
- Illumination (lux)
- CO2 (ppm)
- People Count (numbers only, not personally identifiable data)
Note: Provided metrics from Cisco devices can vary by model and year of release. As such, not all metrics may be displayed.

- Give the integration a Description, such as "<company name> Integration with WebEx"

- Click Save and Authorise.
- A login box will load up to request you to authorise the integration. Using the credentials used in the first part of this guide (Cisco WebEx Control Hub Setup), complete the steps.
If the steps above are completed successfully, after a few minutes the Cisco devices registered to Microsoft Teams in the Devices > Unified Comms Devices will start to gather environmental and people count data.
